Question Usb windows 10 install

I wiped my drive c on my cell latitude 5320 by using command prompt I downloaded a image file of windows 10 and a Intel raid storage file and my dell says no bootable device found

Did you use the Microsoft Media Creation tool to write to a USB drive or Rufus?

You don't just download the image, it has to be written properly to the USB drive (or a DVD as well) in order to use it as a bootable device.

Assuming you wrote the image properly, did you boot from the USB drive to begin the install process? Sometimes, you have to manually select the USB drive depending on the boot options already set in your BIOS.
