Use All in One as monitor for Xbox One

I have a Sony Vaio all in one from like 2005. I forgot about it, but decided to try to use it as a monitor. Now, before you say there's no input, there is. A 3.5mm AV input jack. I got the two adapters I need. A 3.5mm to RCA (red, white, and yellow) and RCA to HDMI. I really thought it would work, but I don't know how to change the input from Windows, to an External. Any help? Am I doing something wrong?

won't work as both devices have builtin videocards that output out only.
