my computer show that know the web cam
which programe in windows 7 can run webcam?

Windows Live Messenger,
Yahoo Messenger,
Skype

Any of those will be able to use the webcam.

first thank for your attentions.
yes, all those software can but you have to install all of them.
but the problem is: is there any software like paint(ms paint) basicly install that I can use it for use or capture ?
I find windows movie maker can, but paint can't !.
to use yahoo mesenger you should be in internet but for offline how can you use it?

unless windows movie maker supports cam capture function, there's nothing else that is natively available. there's plenty of free programs out there
