Solved! Used Alienware m17x value?

So ive had an Alienware m17x R5 for the past 2 or so years. The specs are :

Intel Core i7 4710mq
AMD Radeon R9 M290x 4GB
16 GB DDR3
80GB SSD
1TB HDD

It has some really high temps on the CPU and sometimes I get really strange usage drops (causing in framerate drops for a few seconds). All the other components are working perfectly fine.
Ive just purchased a new gaming desktop and Im thinking about selling this old laptop, but was wondering if anyone who is more knowledgeable would be able to tell me a fair price to list it as?
It was worth $3k 2 years ago and since the CPU is failing I don't want to list it too high, but also don't want to see it go to waste when someone could easily buy it off me and change the CPU to have a perfectly functioning computer.

SO LONG STORY SHORT, ALIENWARE WITH SLIGHTLY MESSED UP CPU, 2 YEARS OLD, HOW MUCH TO SELL IT FOR?

i think u just need to repaste your cpu.in my country this thing usually goes for 900-1000bnd(brunei dollar)
