used smart switch to transfer contents from samsung 5 to samsung 8. google photos did not transfer and are on old phone

USED SMART SWITCH TO TRANSFER CONTENTS FROM SAMSUNG 5 TO SAMSUNG 8, GOOGLE PHOTOS DID NOT. NEW ACCOUNT IS REGISTERED IN GMAIL OLD ACCOUNT IS IN YAHOO MAIL. WANT TO MOVE PHOTOS TO NEW PHONE.

You can try downloading the photos to the new phone by logging into the old account from the new phone. It should allow you to access more than one account from it.

You can also download them to a computer and then transfer them to the new phone via USB cord.
