Used Vizio tv

I have a used Vizio tv and want to watch Amazon on it. I have Amazon Prime but I don't have the registration code from the tv. How do I get that?

Not sure what you mean by registration code.
You can get Amazon to call you. On the site help page you can enter a phone number and they get back to you within 10 minutes.
If the TV is "smart" and has the Amazon app or a browser then you should be able to enter your info into it.
If not then a firestick or other media streamer would be needed.
