Using an unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 4, European model on Tmobile USA

So I have model samsung-sm-n910f that I recently purchased. I am having trouble connecting to my tmobile 4g LTE network. The Bands required to access the network are featured in this device. I am wondering if anyone has any insight into why I can't connect. Thank You and I hope someone has a solution to my problem

Is it connecting at 3G speeds, or not at all?

I probably should give more information. I have set the device to auto log into 4g and have set the APN settings. Could this be pertaining to plmn settings? I only have access to 2g/edge. Not connecting to 3g at all.
