Using Google Voice and cell

I use Google Voice as a home phone service. I have connected an ObiHai device to my main phone box so calls to my GV number can be picked up anywhere in the house a landline is connected. Is there a way for me to use my GV number on a no contract cellphone plan that I use when I am not in the house? Is there a device or a way for me to use my GV number in my house (as currently described) and with a cell phone?

Of course you can use Google Voice on your phone, set it up, logon to your account. You can't link it to your actual cell phone service, but you can use the google voice app on the phone.
