I found out that it is possible to use desktop internet connection on android phone through reverse tethering but is it possible to use that android phone (which is using desktop internet connection) as a portable WiFi hotspot and use internet from another android phone ??

yes. you can connect any other wifi device to your phone. i personally tried it on an HTC ae310

I try this way with android reverse tethering and work on Galaxy S2 .when enable portable wi-fi hotspot or bluetooth tethering, other device connected to my phone but internet not work. please help me.

Yaa.. I also try by this way on Karbonn A25. another phone connected but internet not work.
