Solved! Using PC speakers & microphone to make calls with android hotspot phone

I have an android phone that I use for hotspot internet access. My cell phone speakers & microphone are horrible. Skype & zoom on the pc are excellent. Is there a way to use the PC to make standard calls with the cell phone?
