Solved! vaio black screen ,power led is on

my laptop screen is black and fan and dvd driver is running
but after several attempts turns off and on it works normally
but when I turns off it returns the same problem

Have you tried to update your drivers for your video card? Try connecting a monitor to your laptop and see if it happens on there as well.

no I dont update my drivers
l connected a monitor but nothing appeared
but it works normally after several attempts

Try checking for driver updates, you can see what kind of video card you have in your device driver. If you need more help let me know.

but if there is a problem in video card
why it suddenly works normally after a lot of turn off and on

Because it turns on so the motherboard is working, its not shutting off so it is leading towards GPU issue. The only thing I can say is its going bad or you have a software problem.
