You have to send a mysterious valentines card to someone but they are
going for 100,000s of nps at the moment.

They stocked in the Gift Shop last night 125 at a time and sometimes
sold out before I could even get a haggle screen. Now *THAT* is
demand!

you have to send/recieve a valentine's day card, but is has to be a
mysterious one.

Does anyone know if you have to send the valentine on Valentine's day?
stinks when they don't post the news until late, I had no idea about it
'til today
Otherwise I will have to sock away the card 'til next year to remember to
send to someone hmmm.... has anyone tried it today?

I actually tried it at 10pm NST on the 14th and it just sent like a
regular item. No poof...no sidebar message...no nuffin. I already
had the sidebar myself, so I am not sure if it only worked once per
account or what.

To more directly answer your question, the person I sent it to sent it
back yesterday and also did not get the sidebar. :-(

Good question. I had a look at the price of them in the market place
earlier today and they haven't gone buyable yet so it could be that they
are only available on valentines.
