Just looking to get an idea on value of a refurbished 8560w i7 2820QM, 16 GB DDR3 RAM, 120 GB SSD, AMD FirePro 5950 for about 300?

I would say about $300 - $350 more or less given the fact that you've upgraded to a SSD, RAM and GPU.
