Velodyne vTrue Aluminum Headphones

Are these good headphones?
I got them for $90 new and wanted to know if they are worth it or if I should send them back.
Also, are they a good company?

Velodyne is known for subwoofers not headphones but if you like the sound keep them. Pretty good deal too.
