[citation][nom]viciouz2000[/nom]unions dont even help the workers anymore, they just collect their union dues and the workers just sit around and do nothing and think they are entitled to more money and benefits without having to actually do work. Down with the unions, there are better qualify people who needs a job but cant get in because of unions. This is why so many US companies are moving overseas to get away from the unions and groups trying to unionize.[/citation]
Your kidding me right? They are moving over seas because they can pay there employees a tenth of what they pay in the US. If your ok with being paid 1/10 (or possibly less) of your current paycheck then keep complaining. Look at foxconn and all of the problems they are having with their employees trying to kill themselves because they are treated as slave labor. This isn't the only company over there with problems or that use their tactics (which include things like housing the employees and making them work 50+ hours a week so that they barely make enough to pay for housing and food).
Whether you like unions or not, you should still thank them. It is because of them that companies that are non-union pay as well as they do, from fear of employees joining or forming a union to get even more.
