You cannot sell your minutes. Besides, everyone who has a cellphone plan already have free nights and weekends anyway.

If you do not use your cellphone much and want to cut down on costs, then you may want to look into a prepaid phone once your current contract is up; unless you are currently going month to month. Prepaid plans have to benefit of having no taxes involved other than the tax you must pay when purchasing the prepaid phone itself.
