Vertical lines on laptop screen

I have 2 years old Samsung Np300 laptop. It have 3 vertical lines. At first line come for some time and can be corrected by adjusting screen angle. Then it become permanent. I want to know is it LED problem or connecter problem.
External screen working properly.

Hi, without opening the laptop, nobody knows for sure what is the problem, verify the connection for the cable at the back of the screen, but I think the problem is the screen itself.
