Solved! Video card for inspiron b120

I have a used Dell Insprion B120, last night the screen went black. When you turn it on you see the Dell logo and then the screen fades black again. I am told I need a video card. Do you think this is true and where can I find one.

If the video GMA 900 graphics chip had expired I don't think you should have seen the Dell logo at all.
Hook up an external monitor to see if the LCD panel is failing as it warms up when you put power on.

I don't believe there are any good ways to replace or upgrade the video chip in that laptop.
