Video editing laptop

I am looking to buy a laptop for video editing. Need a high performance machine which can handle professional video editing: premier pro and after effects. Budget is about 1500 dollars. Preferable one with SSD and IPS Screen. Please suggest. I prefer windows over mac!!

Quad core i7 EG: 4700MQ and nvidia 850m with 16GB of RAM should do the trick.

You can probably install your own SSD and half the RAM if you want to save money.

Although for video editing I would highly recommend a desktop, which will also be far cheaper and more powerful.
The laptop is going to get massively hot under that workload


EDIT: Broadwell quad core i7 CPUs coming out during the middle of the year are meant to sort out some of that heat problem and work a bit better on video editing. If you don't need the laptop for work right now it might be worth the wait.
