[citation][nom]Rrruby[/nom]It looks like someone has taken the CCTV footage with another camera, which would explain the shakiness. It could easily have happened at the camera, as the camera may be to watch over the parking spaces. But I agree with mgolus that you wouldn't take it apart...[/citation]

that's what it looks like too me. If you look at the date/time in in the corner, it's shaking as well. If that was the original camera, we would see the video shake but not the date/time.

After reading another article this seems legit. Apparently this is a hand held video of a CCTV screen. If you look in the upper left hand corner you will see the stable date and time stamp. Many CCTV systems use an encrypted form of video which can make it difficult to transfer the image without having the appropriate output jack or conversion software. Taking a video of the monitor screen was a quick way to get this on the internet...

CCTV cameras are not known for being high quality.

This is how the CCTV cams look that were mounted on a roof with a pole or arm. any wind and the building will slightly move and cause small movement. the camera does not look like a problem to me.

looks like the video was edited at 0:21 it freezes for a couple of frames, then rolls back a frame or two before continuing...

Looks more like a type of smoke bomb that my dad used to test air flow in chicken houses back when I was a kid. He also pushes in on that pocket right before he gets out.... I still think it's real, though.

I is Definately a "video of a video", explaining the shaking. Look at the numbers in the top left hand corner.

The phone was ripped maybe because he threw it, the battery inside explodes and rips it further.

are you people truly stupid? The picture isn't shaking that means someone took a video with another phone, of a screen showing the camera footage.

Look at the upper left corner at the text on the screen, it doesn't move.

I used to work with CCTV cameras, and it's true what they said, it's not always simple to get the video off the recorder. Plus, if you set the the volume real high you actually can hear the guy ( who recorded this from the TV into his phone) holding the phone, moving a chair and i think he even laugh a bit when the kid did the burning pocket chicken dance.

It looks real to me!

*Best Jeff Foxworthy impression*
If your cellphone has ever exploded removing your leg hair and at least one testicle....
You might have an iPhone!
Wait wait...
I never knew Siri got all hot and bothered when you search for porn,
The cellphones are revolting! We thought it was going to be Skynet but Apple is making sure it beats the government to the punch!

Seriously though...
I knew the new 4s ran hot but this is ridiculous!

It is all staged. You can see him sitting in the car doing nothing with his arms crossed (seems like he is just waiting). When was the last time you sit in the car like that. If yoy stop the car you leave right away or get something than leave. He just sits there.
Also, how come there is so much smoke like that out of nowhere and how come he did not smell anything in the car? It would not burst into flames like that. Something would have to trigger fire like that and you would have a small slow burn, followed by big and quick burst like that in the video.

That gay little 'my-leg-is-on-fire' dance was brilliant, not even an Oscar winner would be able to pull that off!

Nah, that is a new feature, iMugg.
See, Siri determined that the owner was about to be mugged and provided a convenient smokescreen to help him escape.

Don't blame Apple because this guy was to stupid to chuck the phone and run to the nearest Apple store....
