video memory showing n/a

when i am running window 10 there is no such problems of video memory and when i installed window 7 its showing video memory n/a.
please someone help me to find the solution .......please

did you install the gpu drive for windows 7? what is the make and model of the laptop?

the other thing did you check if you could run win 7 on this laptop from the maker .

It's very unlikely that Windows 7 is officially supported on a laptop which ships with Windows 10 pre-installed.

Check the manufacturer's website to see what Windows versions are supported on that model (ie if they have released Windows 7 drivers for it). This should have been done before installing a different version of Windows.
