Vikingpro rca tablet keeps going to auto reboot and black screen with everything in chinese letters repeatedly anybody able to

My rca viking pro tablet keeps going to black screen and says auto reboot in english and a bunch of other stuff all in chinese then restarts and repeats the process i need help this has happened before and a factory reset worked but i lose everything on the tablet i dont want to lose everything again but do need to have it working

Maybe going back to the reset menu and choosing Wipe Caché would sort out the confusion.
