Question vizio tv and wireless headphones

I have a Vizio P65-F1 TV hooked up to a JBL soundbar through HDMI (ARC). I want to be able to hook up a pair of wireless headphones such that I can switch between the sound bar and headphones (i.e. listen to either the sound bar or the headphones). Does anyone know how to do this?

If the TV has bluetooth that supports audio you can connect those to it that way, other than that, not a lot you can do. Maybe use the optical out on the TV along with a bluetooth transmitter and swap to that output when using the headphones.
