Voice calls

Hello,
I tried calling my boyfriend and every time that I call him, I always get a voice recording that says the person hat you are calling is not receiving calls at this time, what does this mean?

It's a special message only for girlfriends. If it was his friends calling him, they'd hear "I'm out partying at a bar with hot waitresses, come by and join me".

Or he could have turned on the do not disturb feature.

Whichever one makes more sense to you.
