Question Vostro 1510 Problems

Hello, My Vostro 1510 will not post and I have done everything I know of to get it to turn back on. Replaced the parts that I thought was faulty with parts that I know work but still the same thing.

I press the power button, it turns on and the right back off.

Here is what I have done so far-
-replaced hard drive
-replace ddr2 ram with a stick i know that works.
-correct power cord
-took main battery out and still nothing.

Might be bios issue check and f2 bios is working or not ...for further assistance upload the issue on YouTube and share the link so I can probably see what's going up there
