It comes with 130W original DELL power adapter, original battery holds good charge.

i would like to no if there is any vr helmets or vr goggles
for playing back virtual reality films and games for this setup if so can you give me the best ones to use

You're running a little light on the graphics power, but you should be ok. If you don't mind sharing all you do in VR with Facebook, then I'd probably recommend the Oculus Quest 2. Otherwise, I'd probably go with the Samsung HMD Odyssey+ running Windows Mixed Reality (WMR) or if price isn't an issue. the Valve Index.
