Question VTune Profiler 2020 - HP Probook 6560b

Hi,

I've attached a screenshot which think describes the issue

My ProBook has never really worked properly so I ran Intel's VTune profiler last week

I'm trying to run Unreal Engine which is installed and some options work quickly - drop down menus etc

However for the most part it stalls

Does anyone know what this all means?
