What do you mean load it? Are you talking data like access to so you can access the internet, send stuff from the tablet, etc? If that is what you are asking, then you need to get in touch with a carrier/service provider and get yourself a data plan through them to have data access.

You can also, if you have access to WiFi, connect the tablet to that WiFi and access the internet through that.

Now if you are talking data as in 'files' you want to put on the device, there are a few was you can do that as well. Depends on what you are wanting to put on the tablet.
