I'm newly retired and have been interested in learning electronics, circuits, and building custom devices for some time. I have an Arduino UNO board and breadboard and can begin tinkering to learn circuit design.
I've seen there are electronic simulators to do much of the same things.
After I become familiar and try to put together a working circuit on the breadboard, how do I progress from these circuit(s) into a stand alone product? I don't want to hit a dead end once I've discovered say the sensor, circuit, and power I need to have a product that works.
Is there a good way to learn electronics?
Thanks,
Phil
