want to upgrade nw8440 network card

hey i just wanted to know if it is possible to upgrade my network card in my HP nw8440 laptop.

right now it has an Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG card, but i would like to get an Intel 4965AGN card.

If you google your model and the Intel card's model, you find some people who seem to have that configuration. So it might be possible? 😛

and if it is possible, my laptop only has 2 antenna connectors but wireless n has three.

i know it would still work, but how much worse would the performance be?
