Wanting to know a decent laptop cooler.

Wanting to know a decent laptop cooler that will sit a laptop with the following dimensions:

Screen Size = 17.3"
Base width = 28.5cm
Base Length = 42.5cm

USB 3.0 hub would be nice and anything on a slight slant or adjustable would be amazing!
