wanting to know why it wont turn on and what do i have to do to fix it

i lost my phone in my car for over 5 months and i finaly found it today i was wondering why it does not respond to the the carger it wont turn on either what do i doo?

It doesn't even turn on when the charger is plugged?
The battery might have died off. Try using spare battery if you have any.
