Tom's Guide sent two writers to check out the new Warcraft movie: one a total noob, and the other a former hardcore raider. And even though they each got very different things from the movie, they both agree, Warcraft is definitely worth a watch.

Just got back from the cinema with the wife who does not know anything about the material and we both really enjoyed the film, pure fantasy fun. Cast good, effects spectacular and she now wants a war gryphon. Can't for the life of me understand the negative reviews i read before going but glad I ignored them.

Apparently Jones said recently that 40 minutes was cut from the film which might explain the issue with fast pacing.

Bring on the next installment i'm sold.

It's the best adaptation of a game until now, and for no fans It's at least a pretty good visual effects show.
