Weather alert ignores mute

Lately my weather alert on my Note 8 has ignored my mute and no vibrate setting. It's a brief "bee-boop" noise amd short vibrate saying percipitatoon in my area. Sound notifications are off, phone is on mute. Went and double checked in Google app settings says medium no sound for alert. Same for critical weather no sound allowed. Still does it. Cant figure out why. Notice pops up on my lock screen, that's fine but I dont want even the quiet noise nor vibrate again my wooden night stand.

Found ot at last. Three different areas for settings. Ridiculous. Done, no more sound more vibrate at last. Crazy
