website notifications subjects

I'm trying to understand why the Tom's Guide desktop notifications is constantly sending me updates about a subject I don't care about. It's sending updates about the Samsung Galaxy S9.
Can I change the topics I want to hear about through desktop notifications?
Otherwise, I'm just turning them off.

Once you accept e-mail notifications, it can only be turned off. The site isn't able to pick which topics you might like to hear about.

That said, you might be able to put some advice up here on some of those subjects and help folks with a problem.
