westinghouse 40 inch vr 4085df repair advice

Hi I have a Vr 4085df tv, one day I was watching the Tv and all the sudden the screen just went black yet there was still sound coming from the tv. I did the test in the dark with a flashlight to the screen and can faintly see the picture still. I found online that a lot of people said that this was the inverter board so I bought a used one on ebay and that didn't fix the problem. Do you think that the board I bought is also bad or do you think that there is a different issue? Also I have also checked all the capacitors for buldges and they all appear to be just fine

Since the description of this TV does not mention LED lighting you might have to replace the lamps that light the screen.
