What are all the laptops/pc's/computers etc that i can use minecraft with mods and sims 4 and steam on please help

The following 15.6" Acer laptop for $600 should be fine for your needs. It is basically the least expensive laptop with a quad core i5-8250u CPU and a nVidia mx150 dedicated graphics chip. If you want to spend less than $600, then you will basically only find laptops with dual core CPUs like the i5-7200u and integrated graphics which is a lot less powerful than the nVidia mx150.
