what can i do if my laptop is dead?

hello my hp laptop went off and has never restarted so what might be the problem?kindly assist

psu could be dead. could take it to a repair shop and let them diagnose it

Take the battery out and hold down the power button for 5 minutes. then plug the battery back in and see if it turns on.
