What can I do to get back my Samsung lost files?

I deleted all my Samsung Galaxy S4 files by mistake, now I want to get them back, what should I do?

Have you got a Recycle Bin? That's wherw they should be. I know f* all about phones though

I think there are file recovery tools for Android but I have not used any as I have never needed them. Check Google Play for them.
