What can I do to restore the standard colour on computer screen as the background is black

My computer is working but the background screen is black what can I do to restore to the original screen

Does it also say that you need to activate Windows?

I would right click, click personalize, and change the background from there. Or, you could save an image, right click it, and select "select as desktop background
