What can i use for windows thats like garage band?

So i was messing around with Garageband and i liked the fact it can teach you how to play instruments, now the thing being is i need to find something for windows 7 thats does something very similar, basically the Guitar training and all that was fun with the score system unfortunatly i dont have cash to get a mac at this moment so a windows version would be awesome
