What causes black and white specs on t screens

I have a 50" samsung TV which has a lot of mostly black specs but also has white specs do u know what causes this.

I have a 50" samsung TV which has a lot of mostly black specs but also has white specs do u know what causes this.

We need a lot more information what model is it new, old, LCD, LED/LCD, plasma. You can see a lot of people with broken Samsung TVs come here.

With out this information I can't really help. Other than to say try a different brand or replace it with another similar TV say from LG.
