Solved! What do I do after I get THE BIOS

Well I was factory set my lab top I went where it said delete all data when I did that it finished then when I turn back on it said no bootable restart systems I did that I restart it keep saying the same thing then I finally get the BIOS but now I don't know what to do next

Install an OS (e.g. windows). You just wiped it off your drive, that's why it won't boot into windows.

When factory reset my laptop when I turned on it said NO BOOTTABLE -RESART YOUR COMPTER i did but it went back to the thing.. What do I do
