What do i do if my android shows UI settings has stopped

i was checking out on dev tools n my android tablet went off it now shows UI settings and android phone not responding.
i cant use it now

You will have to take it in to your cell phone provider and see what they can do to fix it.
Hopefully it's still under warranty.
