my cricket phone will not turn on .
it has been charged all day
it starts to come on then turns off

Sounds like a hardware issue, you can try a replacement battery. If that does not work, reset to factory defaults may fix it, that wipes the internal memory so everything not stored on an SD card will be wiped.

If that does not work, contact the service provider as you will very likely need to replace the phone.
