what equipment that i need for live broadcasting at my church?

i already have equipment to show my live video at my projector screen, i have my recording equipment, and i already have my computer to upload the video to youtube. but i think that i missed something. can anyone help me?

Sounds like you are already "live broadcasting at your church". I'm not sure what you want to do. Upload the videos to youtube-like sites or live stream them as they happen?

do you know communication equipment for the video director and the cameramen?
we are using Zello ( smartphone app ), but if our internet run down, we are done..
