That question's answer depends... it depends what graphics settings you have set them to.

Let's assume low then you can easily get 40-55fps.

The CPU is a bit of a downer. Game requires 2,4Ghz for optimal play I believe

You will be able to play, but not under ideal circumstances, rather upgrade the CPU for ideal play.
