what is better i5 or amd A9

Hello , i am getting a new laptop and i am not sure what laptop to buy . I want to use the laptop for study however also for gaming e.g csgo , garry's mod. I have found two laptop's which seem good but i want to know which one has better performance overall. My budget is £420 is that good enough to play games like csgo at a good enough framerate.

the amd gives you better battery life. the intel gives you better performance under "max load"... under web browsing and stuff you wont notice the difference.

construction wise I rate dell and asus way ahead of HP.
