What is Error 0xc000007b!

Hey there! I've got an Asus laptop, core i7 4500U 1.86GH ;Nvidia Geforce GT 820m ; 1 TB HDD ; Windows 8.1
When i run PES2015 it have an error
0xc000007b

I think the error code indicates a conflict between 32bit & 64bit OS if I remember correctly.

Uninstall PES, ensure .NET framework & Direct X are updated, reboot & reinstall would be my suggestion.
