What is img mediaplex

WHen I click the "back" arrow in i.e.9 nothing happens. When I right click the "back" arrow, all I see is a list of "img.mediaplex.com" , over and over again!! What gives?

Does this happen every time you use I.E. or just this once? If just once, close I.E., open it again.
